Removal of Injectable Fillers——In recent years, the rapid growth of the injectable aesthetic market has led some unscrupulous merchants, in pursuit of profit, to pass off inferior injectable aesthetic products as superior, or even use counterfeit and shoddy products, in order to earn high profits. For the removal of various unidentified injectable substances (Omedine, Interfall, fake hyaluronic acid, Artecoll, Evolution, bone powder, liquid silicone, and silicone oil), with the assistance of MRI for precise localization, the smallest possible concealed surgical incisions are used for targeted removal. This approach causes minimal trauma, achieves a high removal rate, does not spread, and allows faster postoperative recovery.
Removal of Growth Factors and Sculptra (Poly-L-lactic Acid)——Removal of growth factors and Sculptra is more difficult than removal of ordinary injectable fillers, because after injection of growth factors and Sculptra, the tissue that grows is the patient's own tissue, and it also has the property of continued growth. For removal of such injectables, the first step is to reduce tissue volume and restore normal morphology; the second is to formulate a comprehensive follow-up maintenance plan to inhibit their growth and reduce the recurrence rate as much as possible.
Fat Grafting Revision——Autologous fat, as the patient's own tissue, has high safety; however, because the absorption rate of transplanted autologous fat is uncertain, precisely controlling the injection volume is highly dependent on the physician's experience. For unevenness after grafting, multiple methods are used comprehensively: for depressed areas, a second grafting procedure is performed; for obviously overfilled areas, volume reduction is achieved using a personalized, refined, purely manual negative-pressure liposuction method; for mild overfilling, injection-based methods are used.
Double Eyelid Revision——For failed double eyelid surgery problems such as an inconspicuous double eyelid crease, an excessively narrow or wide crease, interruption or unnatural curvature of the eyelid margin, triple eyelid, asymmetry between the two eyes, and incisional scarring, the reasons for the previous surgery failure are carefully analyzed, the incision line for the double eyelid is redesigned, and the original incisional scar is removed as completely as possible. Pretarsal scars are removed thoroughly, and adhesions between the muscle and the pretarsal aponeurosis are fully separated. During suturing, the curve is smooth and natural, and the pretarsal aponeurosis is fixed securely. If too much orbital septum fat was removed in the previous surgery, a sub-orbicularis oculi fat flap can be released, or free grafting of lower eyelid orbital septum fat can be performed, or autologous fat can be injected in divided sessions. During surgery, tissues should be handled with care using gentle, minimally invasive techniques to shorten the recovery period and reduce scar hyperplasia.
Liposuction and Body Contouring——Has a thorough understanding of the anatomical layers of the whole body and each region; the procedure is performed very skillfully, smoothly, rapidly, precisely, and gently. Special techniques combined with special liposuction cannulas are used to avoid injury to blood vessels and nerves, enabling faster postoperative recovery. Superficial and deep fat are aspirated precisely and evenly, resulting in a smooth postoperative contour and concealed puncture sites.
Lower Eyelid Rejuvenation (Lower Eyelid Bags, Tear Troughs, Wrinkles)——Lower eyelid bags refer to bulky, bulging tissue in the lower eyelid area that hangs in a bag-like shape. In younger patients, excess intraorbital fat is the main cause; transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty is generally used, leaving no visible surgical trace after surgery. In middle-aged and older patients, lower eyelid bags are secondary changes caused by weakness and laxity of the lower eyelid supporting structures; transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty is usually used for correction, removing excess tissue while smoothing lower eyelid wrinkles. If tear troughs coexist with lower eyelid bags, the tear troughs can be treated at the same time as the lower eyelid bag surgery, and some of the fat from the lower eyelid bags can be used to fill the tear trough depression. If there is no lower eyelid bag problem, fat from other parts of the body can be used to fill the depression; a relatively simple method is to inject one's own fat into the depressed area.
